SPECIAL ENDORSEMENT TO BE INCLUDED IF ANY KIDDIE RIDES ARE INCLUDED

Please note that the following Endorsements will be included under the Broadform Public Liability Insurance for Kiddie Rides

1 - Design of plant:

All fun rides electrical insulations should comply with the requirements of Australian Standards: 3000, 3002, 3100 and 3533. The main isolation switch should be
in a position that is readily accessible.

2 - Signage

All fun rides should be signed to state age/size of children that can use the equipment and to state that NO LIABILITY will attach if the child is
NOT supervised AT ALL TIMES
